A Home-run In Durham’s Revitalization

The Tobacco Road Sports Café has opened on the American Tobacco Campus (ATC) in the Diamond View II office tower in left field of the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The 5,200 sqft outdoor patio, located above the park's Blue Monster wall and next to the famous "Hit Bull, Win Steak" sign, will be heated and cooled and offer fans the opportunity to watch the games while dining.

As The Herald-Sun says:
Inside, the restaurant has mock stadium seating, with a wall of television screens that can be viewed by customers seated in recliners at the base, booths at the next level and tables at the level after that.

Being a big proponent of Urban Living, Transit Choices, Historic Renovations, and New Architecture we are certain that a business like this - in the right location can be a game changer for any community. This is a home-run in Durham’s revitalization.
