Southside Durham Begins Anew

A project that just never seems to end - could mean a great deal for a lot of people. The final paperwork to get the equipment humming was signed by the city council today, ending more than six years of planning. Southside-East, better known as Rolling Hills, is a 21-acre tract on South Roxboro Street and Southside-West, or St. Theresa's, is an established neighborhood of about 100 acres, on the other side of South Roxboro Street.
