Measurement Building Breaks Ground

Measurement Durham LLC announced today that it has started construction on the Measurement Building at Morris Ridge. The class A office and retail facility in Downtown Durham will contain 74,000-sqft and cost $12 million. The building will be five stories tall with a red-brick exterior, five ground floor retail bays, and flexible office layouts.

Located at GPS:36.00041,-78.90290 at 404 Hunt Street Durham, NC, at the corner with Morris street, part of the Central Park District. Measurement Inc. and Urban Planet Mobile will be the first tenants to occupy the new building, with plenty of additional office space available in 2012-summer. Measurement Inc. moved its headquarters downtown in 1994 after purchasing and renovating the BC Remedy, Brodie Duke, and Imperial Tobacco buildings nearby.
